Personal growth and parenting skills workshops, art therapy, collective kitchens, daycare, crisis intervention, substance abuse prevention, workshops to combat sexual, physical, and psychological violence, homework help, emergency meals and housing, job search, block parties, meals-on-wheels and transportation for seniors are just some of the many services offered by the agencies that make up the Centraide Outaouais family.
