Our region is at a turning point. Homelessness is rising. Affordable housing is scarce. Food insecurity is now touching families who never imagined they would need to ask for help. These are not merely statistics; they represent our neighbours, our colleagues, sometimes even our loved ones.

With the public sectors of healthcare, education, and social services facing unprecedented challenges, the need for collective accountability has never been more critical. In these pivotal moments, our organization must act with clarity and resolve.

Centraide Outaouais has served as much more than a funding source these past 80 years. We have evolved into a social safety net supporting 86 key organizations and countless individuals. We not only help them endure hardship, but also rebuild hope and restore dignity, even transforming them into beacons of community spirit.​
