The organizational capacity-building program comprises various activities contributing to the development of vital and caring communities through organizational support.
- Training program for agencies
The purpose of this program is to offer training and development opportunities to community organizations, free of charge or at low cost, in partnership with Emploi Québec.
- Espace échange entraide
This Centraide-supported informal meeting place acts as both a co-development group and a support group for organizational leaders, with the help of a coordinator. It also offers individualized support.
- Psychosocial support program
In collaboration with Maison Alonzo Wright, this program aims to provide professional psychosocial support to community organization staff who do not have access to insurance or an employee assistance program.
